Sapna Shri Jewellers believes in transparency and fair dealing. Please read this Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy carefully before placing an order, as jewellery purchases involve precious materials, customised handling, and strict quality controls.

Product Acceptance at Delivery

  • The customer or their authorised representative is permitted to accept delivery on their behalf.
  • Customers are required to inspect the package and product carefully at the time of delivery or store pickup.
  • Acceptance of delivery or pickup is deemed confirmation that:
    • The package was received in good condition
    • The product matches the order placed
    • There is no visible damage or discrepancy

Any concerns must be raised immediately as outlined below.


Returns Policy

Jewellery involves precious metals and hygiene-sensitive handling. Therefore:

  • Returns are not encouraged and customers are advised to place orders after careful consideration.
  • However, eligible products may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions stated in this policy.

Approval of returns is at the sole discretion of Sapna Shri Jewellers, based on verification and compliance with return conditions.


Return Window

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be:
    • Unused
    • Unworn
    • Free from damage
    • In original condition as delivered

Requests raised after the return window will not be entertained.


Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

The following categories are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of verified defect or incorrect dispatch:

  • Personalised or customised jewellery
  • Made-to-order items
  • Coins, silver utensils, and God idols
  • Earrings (for hygiene and safety reasons)
  • Clearance, discounted, or sale items
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • All international orders

Return Conditions & Eligibility

To be eligible for return:

  • The product must be returned in original packaging, including tags, certificates, invoices, and any complimentary items.
  • Missing items (including promotional or free gifts) may result in:
    • Deduction of the item’s value, up to full MRP, from the refund
    • Rejection of the return request
  • The customer is responsible for secure self-shipping after return approval.
  • Risk of loss or damage during return transit remains with the customer.

Sapna Shri Jewellers reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet inspection or quality standards.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • Any damaged, defective, or incorrect product must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • A clear, continuous 360° unboxing video showing:
    • The unopened package
    • The opening process
    • The product and issue clearly is mandatory for verification.
  • Claims without proper video evidence will not be accepted.

This requirement helps prevent transit and post-delivery disputes.


Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are permitted within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to eligibility.
  • Products may be exchanged only for items of equal or higher value.
  • Any price difference must be paid by the customer at the time of exchange.
  • Exchange items are dispatched only after the original product is received, inspected, and approved.

Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds are initiated within 48 hours after receipt and successful inspection of the returned product.
  • Refund processing time may take 5–7 business days, depending on the original payment method and banking timelines.
  • Shipping, handling, and logistics charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a verified error from our side.

Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original mode of payment or as mutually agreed.

  4. Share a clear video of the packing process before shipping.
