Product Acceptance at Delivery
- The customer or their authorised representative is permitted to accept delivery after verifying the product.
- Customers are requested to carefully inspect the product at the time of delivery or pickup.
Returns Policy
- As a general policy, returns are not encouraged, and customers are advised to place orders mindfully.
- However, eligible products may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions mentioned below.
Return Window
- 7 days from delivery date
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund, unless received in defective or incorrect condition:
- Personalised or customised jewellery
- Coins, utensils, and God idols
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Clearance or sale items
- All international orders
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned in original packaging with tags intact.
- If any item (including promotional or free gifts) is missing from the return package, the refund may be reduced up to the full MRP of the missing item.
- Customers must self-ship the product back after approval.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Any damaged, defective, or incorrect item must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- A clear 360° unboxing video is mandatory.
- Claims without proper video proof will not be accepted.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery.
- Products can be exchanged for another item of equal or higher value.
- Any price difference must be paid by the customer.
- Replacement or exchange items will be dispatched only after the original product is received at our warehouse/store.

Refund Policy
- Refunds are initiated within 48 hours of receiving and verifying the returned product.
- The refunded amount may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
