Shipping Coverage

  • We offer shipping across India to most serviceable pin codes.
  • Products are shipped directly to the customer’s provided address or made available for store pickup, as selected at checkout.
  • Shipping availability is subject to courier serviceability and operational feasibility.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
  • Once payment is verified, shipment is created and prepared for dispatch.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Sapna Shri Jewellers reserves the right to hold, delay, or cancel an order in case of:

  • Incomplete or incorrect address details
  • Payment discrepancies
  • Verification concerns
  • Force majeure events beyond reasonable control

Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery timeline is 5–7 business days from the date of order confirmation.
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on:
    • Customer location and pin code
    • Courier partner operations
    • Weather conditions, strikes, or regional restrictions

Delivery timelines are indicative, not guaranteed, and delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation or compensation.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are communicated at checkout or during order confirmation.
  • Any additional charges arising due to incorrect address details or re-attempted delivery shall be borne by the customer.

Self Pickup / Store Collection

Customers may opt for self pickup (store collection) instead of home delivery.

ID Proof Requirement for Self Pickup

For security and verification purposes, customers must carry a photocopy of any one of the following valid photo ID proofs at the time of pickup:

  1. PAN Card
  2. Driving License
  3. Passport
  4. Voter ID Card

If the product is collected by a person other than the customer, their valid photo ID proof is also mandatory.

Sapna Shri Jewellers reserves the right to refuse handover if identity verification is unsatisfactory.

Customer Verification

  • Our customer service team may contact you from 8234042231 for order confirmation or verification.
  • Verification may include confirming order details, address, or payment reference.

This step is undertaken solely to ensure secure and accurate delivery of high-value jewellery items.

Delivery Inspection Responsibility

  • Customers (or their authorised representatives) are required to inspect the package at the time of delivery or pickup.
  • Any visible damage, tampering, or discrepancy must be reported immediately at the time of receipt.

Acceptance of delivery is considered confirmation that:

  • The package was received in good condition
  • The product matches the order details

Cancellation Policy

Sapna Shri Jewellers does not encourage cancellations once an order is placed, as jewellery orders involve preparation, reservation, or allocation of inventory.

Cancellation requests may be considered only under the following limited conditions:

  • Duplicate orders placed by the same customer for the same product and quantity within 24 hours
  • Cancellation request raised within 12 hours of order placement and before shipment creation

❗ No cancellation requests will be accepted once the order has been shipped or prepared for dispatch.

Refunds, if applicable, are processed only after internal verification and may take reasonable processing time.

Returns & Exchange Policy

Returns

  • Returns are not accepted under any circumstances.
  • Customers are advised to carefully review product details, size, weight, and specifications before placing an order.

Exchange

  • Exchanges are permitted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Exchange is allowed only for:
    • Products of equal or higher value
    • Subject to product availability

Any price difference must be paid by the customer.

Exchanged products must be:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • Accompanied by the original invoice and packaging

Shipping or handling charges related to exchanges may be borne by the customer.

Guarantee & Authenticity

  • All jewellery sold by Sapna Shri Jewellers is guaranteed to be authentic.
  • Purity, hallmarking, and product specifications are as declared at the time of sale.
  • Sapna Shri Jewellers assumes no responsibility for products not purchased directly from us.

Limitation of Liability (Shipping)

Sapna Shri Jewellers shall not be liable for:

  • Delays caused by courier partners
  • Incorrect delivery due to inaccurate address or contact details provided by the customer
  • Loss or delay due to force majeure events

Our responsibility is limited to dispatching the product through reliable logistics partners with reasonable care.

Force Majeure

Sapna Shri Jewellers shall not be held liable for any delay, failure, or interruption in performance of obligations where such delay or failure results from events beyond our reasonable control (“Force Majeure Events”).

Force Majeure Events include, but are not limited to:

  • Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, fires, pandemics)
  • Acts of God
  • Government actions, regulations, or lockdowns
  • Strikes, labour disputes, or transportation disruptions
  • Courier, logistics, or supply-chain failures
  • Internet, power, or telecommunications outages
  • Acts of war, terrorism, civil unrest, or public emergencies

During the occurrence of a Force Majeure Event, performance of obligations shall be suspended for the duration of such event. Sapna Shri Jewellers shall resume performance as soon as reasonably practicable once normal operations are restored.

Force Majeure Events shall not entitle either party to claim damages, compensation, or penalties arising solely from such delay or non-performance, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
