ID Proof Requirement for Self Pickup

If you opt for store pickup, please carry a photocopy of any one of the following valid photo ID proofs:

  2. Driving License
  3. Passport
  4. Voter ID Card

If someone other than the customer comes to collect the product, their photo ID proof will also be required.

Cancellation Policy

Sapna Shri Jewellers does not encourage order cancellations once an order is placed. However, cancellations may be considered under the following conditions:

  • The same customer places duplicate orders for the same product and quantity within 24 hours.
  • A cancellation request is made within 12 hours of placing the order.
