Orders, Payments & Confirmation

Orders are considered initiated once checkout details are submitted.
Orders are considered confirmed only after successful payment verification.
Payment may be completed via UPI (QR or collect request) or other supported methods.
Placing an order or making a payment does not constitute acceptance.
An order is considered confirmed only after verification, acceptance, and issuance of an order confirmation by Sapna Shri Jewellers. Orders are processed only after successful payment verification.
Certain products are manufactured on order. Once manufacturing has commenced, cancellation, modification, or refund requests cannot be accommodated.

Sapna Shri Jewellers reserves the right to:

Verify payment details manually or electronically
Cancel or hold orders in case of suspected fraud, mismatch, or incomplete information
Process shipping only after payment confirmation

Shipment creation and dispatch occur only after order and payment confirmation.

Product Representation & Weight Tolerance

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product images and descriptions. However:

Product images are for reference only and may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, or screen settings.
Jewellery weight may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerance (typically ±0.1 gram).
Minor design or finish variations may occur, especially for handcrafted or made-to-order items.

Such variations do not constitute defects or grounds for dispute.

Customers are encouraged to review product details carefully or visit the store for physical inspection where feasible.
