Warranty Coverage

All products sold by Sapna Shri Jewellers come with a 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase, applicable only under normal use, proper handling, and reasonable care.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues only that arise under intended usage conditions.

This warranty is strictly limited to repair services.
Returns, refunds, or product replacements are not covered under this warranty.


What This Warranty Covers

Subject to inspection and approval, the warranty may cover:

  • Manufacturing defects in metal or craftsmanship
  • Structural defects arising from workmanship errors
  • Issues present at the time of manufacture but identified later under normal use

All repairs under warranty are carried out at our discretion, based on inspection findings.


What This Warranty Does NOT Cover (Exclusions)

This limited warranty does not apply to damage or defects resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Daily usage marks, scratches, dents, or surface changes
  • Improper use, mishandling, or negligence
  • Accidental damage or impact
  • Exposure to chemicals, perfumes, cosmetics, cleaning agents, or moisture
  • Water damage (unless explicitly stated as water-resistant)
  • Improper storage conditions
  • Alterations, resizing, polishing, or repairs by third parties
  • Loss or dislodgement of stones, parts, clasps, or fittings due to wear or negligence
  • Fading or changes in finish due to regular use

These exclusions are standard for jewellery products and are disclosed to ensure informed purchasing and responsible product care.


Inspection & Decision Authority

  • All warranty claims are subject to thorough inspection by authorised personnel of Sapna Shri Jewellers.
  • The inspection determines:
    • Nature of the issue
    • Cause of the defect
    • Eligibility under warranty terms
  • The decision regarding warranty applicability and repair feasibility shall be made solely at our discretion, based on inspection results.

This process ensures fair assessment, consistency with industry standards, and compliance with applicable consumer protection laws.


Repair Process & Timelines

  • Once approved, warranty repairs will be carried out within a reasonable timeframe, depending on:
    • Nature of repair
    • Availability of materials or components
    • Complexity of workmanship involved
  • Repair timelines are indicative and not guaranteed.

Sapna Shri Jewellers is not responsible for delays caused by material sourcing, logistics, or external factors beyond reasonable control.


Transit, Shipping & Handling Costs

  • The warranty covers repair work only for eligible manufacturing defects.
  • It does not include:
    • Transportation
    • Shipping
    • Insurance
    • Handling or packaging costs

All costs incurred in sending the product to and from our service location shall be borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

This clarification is provided to maintain transparency and avoid disputes related to incidental expenses.


Proof of Purchase Requirement

To avail warranty services, customers must present valid proof of purchase, such as:

  • Original invoice

  • Receipt

  • Order confirmation showing purchase date

  • Warranty eligibility is calculated strictly from the original date of purchase.

  • In the absence of valid proof, Sapna Shri Jewellers reserves the right to deny warranty service, in line with standard industry practices and consumer law guidelines.


Limitation of Warranty

  • This warranty is non-transferable and applicable only to the original purchaser.
  • Warranty coverage applies only to products purchased directly from Sapna Shri Jewellers.
  • Products obtained from unauthorised sellers are not covered.

Nothing in this policy limits rights available to consumers under applicable Indian law.
